Deployment patterns

Three ways to run an agent

Each pattern keeps your data in a different place and suits different work. Each has its own page.

Local AI Agents

Where it runs
The employee's own Claude, Codex, or Copilot seat. No server.
Who evaluates it
Department heads and the employees who will build
What it connects to
Files and systems that employee can already reach
Typical first engagement
A Guided Build Sprint or a Local Agent Sprint

Hosted AI Agents

Where it runs
A governed Linux environment ITECS operates, on frontier models
Who evaluates it
COO, CFO, and operations leadership, with IT reviewing
What it connects to
ERP, CRM, finance, and document systems through controlled integrations
Typical first engagement
An AI Blueprint, credited toward the build

Private AI Servers

Where it runs
A server with data-center class GPUs inside your network, on local models
Who evaluates it
CFO, CIO, IT director, and regulated buyers
What it connects to
The same systems, with the data staying on premises
Typical first engagement
An AI Blueprint and a sizing call for the server

Built, then operated

Built, then operated by ITECS

ITECS operates what it builds as a Managed Intelligence Provider: monitoring and evaluations, quality and drift checks, and tuning after launch. Most organizations of 50 to 1,000 employees move through the same five stages. Find yours.

For IT and MSP teams, ITECS Change Assurance is a review-only agent that stress-tests infrastructure change plans before execution and never makes the change.

Outcomes Proof

Operational proof from the managed-services foundation behind ITECS AI.

Managed Intelligence is built on the same operating discipline ITECS applies to infrastructure, security, continuity, and support. Every company metric below links to public supporting evidence.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does AI cost for a growing organization?

AI adoption does not need to start as a large fixed project. A Guided Build Session is $650; the AI Readiness Assessment is $6,500; and the AI Retainer is $3,375 for a 15-hour prepaid block. Custom production work starts with credited discovery.

What makes ITECS different from other AI companies in Dallas?

We're not a startup that discovered AI last year. ITECS has been managing IT infrastructure for Dallas businesses since 2002. That means your AI tools are built by people who already understand networks, security, compliance, and the realities of running an organization with 50–1,000 employees: big enough that ungoverned AI is a real risk, not big enough to staff an internal AI team.

How do I know if AI is right for my organization?

If your team spends time on repetitive tasks, the no-cost intake can help route the right next conversation. It does not include the formal assessment deliverables. The separate AI Readiness Assessment is a published $6,500 engagement that baselines workflows, risks, and priorities.

Which AI tools do you work with?

We're vendor-neutral and work with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Zapier, Make.com, Power Automate, HubSpot AI, and custom-built solutions. We start with practical tools your team can adopt safely, then recommend automation or custom agents only when they fit the workflow and budget.

How do I keep my company data safe when using AI?

Do not submit sensitive data through unapproved consumer accounts. ITECS verifies plan-level vendor terms, maps data flows, scopes permissions and retention, and adds human review and DLP controls where the architecture supports them. Regulated work is scoped to the client's actual obligations and eligible vendor contracts.

Can you build custom AI agents for my business?

Yes. Enterprise hosted agents can connect approved systems through governed integrations, human review, and audit trails. Personal desktop agents can be built with employees inside approved tools such as Claude Cowork, Codex, or Microsoft Copilot. Discovery determines which model fits the workflow; the site does not imply a universal client progression.

Do you work with businesses outside of Dallas?

Yes. While our office is in Dallas and most of our clients are in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, we work with businesses across Texas and the US. Our consulting, automation, and chatbot services can be delivered remotely.

Start with an AI Blueprint

The AI Blueprint reviews your workflow, data sources and integrations, specifies the architecture and the human-review model, and ends with a fixed-fee not-to-exceed for the build.
