How a Guided Build Session Works

Write the workflow down
We plan the workflow with your team and state exactly what the agent should do, which reference files it may use, and where it must stop.

Let the agent poke holes
The agent interrogates the plan and asks questions until the steps, inputs, decisions, and approval boundaries are clear.

Build it in your project folder
We assemble the agent live on your machine, in your folder, with only the reference files the workflow actually needs.

We run the agent against real work during the session, review the output together, and make sure your people understand the method well enough to repeat it.

Session terms
- Sessions expire 90 days from purchase.
- Sessions are scheduled at least 5 business days out.
- Cancellation under 24 hours or a no-show forfeits the session.
- Out-of-session ITECS build work is billed at the applicable hourly tier.
- Session banks expire 12 months from purchase.
Continuity
Built to outlast the person who built it
- Archived
- Every guided or delivered build is archived in the ITECS client vault: workspace configuration, skills, prompt libraries, data-source maps, and usage documentation.
- Re-wired
- If the sponsoring employee leaves, ITECS re-wires the agent for a successor in typically one or two sessions, rather than rebuilding it.
- Cloned
- A proven agent can be cloned and adapted for other employees or departments.
- When it graduates
- When an agent needs server-side deployment, unattended scheduling, multi-user access, audit trails, or an SLA, it moves to a hosted agent. An AI Blueprint is then quoted, and guided or local build fees already paid credit toward it.
