ITECS offers single guided-build sessions, discounted session packs, prepaid-hour retainers, shared session banks, and half-day executive briefings. Pricing depends on team size, workflow complexity, tools, and whether delivery is onsite or remote. Prepaid retainer hours have a 12-month expiry.
Do my employees need a technical background for AI training?
No. Our training is designed for non-technical staff — sales reps, customer support agents, HR managers, accountants, and office admins. If they can use email, they can learn to use AI effectively.
