Guided session terms

  • Sessions expire 90 days from purchase.
  • Sessions are scheduled at least 5 business days out.
  • Cancellation under 24 hours or a no-show forfeits the session.
  • Out-of-session ITECS build work is billed at the applicable hourly tier.

Build readiness and continuity

Every build proposal either includes a data-readiness line item or confirms in writing that sources were verified build-ready during discovery.

Every guided or delivered agent build is archived in the ITECS client vault: workspace configuration, skills, prompt libraries, data-source maps, and usage documentation. If the sponsoring employee leaves, ITECS re-wires the archived agent for a successor as a short guided engagement, typically 1–2 sessions, rather than a rebuild. Proven agents can be cloned and adapted for other employees or departments at a fraction of the original build effort.

Assurances

Clear boundaries for responsible delivery.

Warranty

Delivered agents and software carry a 30-day defect warranty from acceptance; ITECS remediates at no charge where a deliverable fails to perform against the written specification. Clients have 10 business days from delivery to test against that specification. Platform or model version changes, client modifications, changes to client data sources or permissions, and vendor outages fall outside warranty and route to Agent Operations or hourly work.

Human-in-the-loop by design

AI output is probabilistic. Every ITECS-delivered agent is designed for human review; ITECS does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated analysis, and the client remains responsible for reviewing output before business decisions. Finance-class variance analysis and exception queues are decision support, not decisions. ITECS does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice through AI deliverables.

Data handling

ITECS verifies the selected platform plan's contractual data-use and retention terms, tenancy, connectors, and required data movement before production. Client systems use client-managed, least-privilege credentials. A DPA is available on request, and non-contracted consumer services are excluded from approved client-data workflows.

Regulated environments

Clients subject to CMMC/CUI, HIPAA, or similar regimes are custom-scoped on compliance-eligible platforms with the compliance framework governing architecture. Standard packages and commercial AI platforms do not apply; commercial AI platforms are generally ineligible for CUI.

Choose the smallest engagement that can create useful evidence.

Start with a Guided Build Session for one workflow or the AI Readiness Assessment for a leadership-level roadmap.

Pricing effective July 8, 2026. ITECS reserves the right to scope custom engagements to fit unique requirements. Published packages include the deliverables listed on this page; out-of-scope work is billed at the applicable hourly rate. ITECS reviews AI pricing annually each January; signed engagements and active retainer terms are honored through their term.

Pricing FAQ

Common pricing questions from business leaders.

What is the best first step if we are new to AI?

Most leadership teams should start with the $6,500 AI Readiness Assessment. In 1–2 weeks, ITECS documents where AI fits, which platforms match the environment, what risks need guardrails, and what the 12-month adoption roadmap should look like. For a lighter single-workflow entry point, start with a $650 Guided Build Session.

Are these prices fixed or estimates?

Published single prices are list prices for defined scopes. Ranges and custom work are scoped before build with a written scope and not-to-exceed amount; work outside a defined scope bills at the applicable hourly tier.

Do you only support one AI platform?

No. ITECS is vendor-neutral across Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and other enterprise platforms, then recommends what fits the business, data, and governance requirements.

What happens after our first agent works?

An agent graduates from a desktop or workspace build to an engineered production build when it needs server-side deployment, unattended scheduling, multi-user access, audit trails, or an SLA. Discovery is then quoted and fees already paid credit toward it. Ongoing operation moves to Agent Operations.

Do existing ITECS managed IT clients receive AI discounts?

MSP Pro receives 10% off eligible Tier 1 and Tier 2 hourly work and eligible one-time training, guided or local build, and governance packages, but not custom production-agent build phases. MSP Elite receives 15% on those eligible categories and custom production-agent build phases. Tier 3 is never discounted, recurring MIS fees receive no percentage discount, AI Retainers are net-priced, and Session Banks do take the applicable loyalty discount.

What if our data isn't ready?

Use the $3,500–$8,500 Data Readiness Sprint for source inventory, permissions, structure, metadata, naming hygiene, and ingestion preparation. Every build proposal either includes a data-readiness line item or confirms in writing that sources were verified build-ready during discovery.

What happens if the employee who built our agent leaves?

ITECS archives every guided or delivered agent in the client vault. The archived workspace configuration, skills, prompt libraries, source maps, and usage documentation let ITECS re-wire it for a successor in typically 1–2 guided sessions rather than rebuilding it.

Do you guarantee the AI's output?

No. AI output is probabilistic and must be reviewed by the client before business decisions. ITECS designs delivered agents for human review and provides a 30-day defect warranty against the written specification, with a 10-business-day acceptance period. The warranty does not guarantee AI-generated analysis.

Can you support regulated or CUI environments?

Yes, through custom strategist-led scoping on compliance-eligible platforms. Standard packages and commercial AI platforms do not apply to CMMC/CUI, HIPAA, or similar regulated requirements; commercial AI platforms are generally ineligible for CUI.
