What is the best first step if we are new to AI?
Most leadership teams should start with the $6,500 AI Readiness Assessment. In 1–2 weeks, ITECS documents where AI fits, which platforms match the environment, what risks need guardrails, and what the 12-month adoption roadmap should look like. For a lighter single-workflow entry point, start with a $650 Guided Build Session.
Are these prices fixed or estimates?
Published single prices are list prices for defined scopes. Ranges and custom work are scoped before build with a written scope and not-to-exceed amount; work outside a defined scope bills at the applicable hourly tier.
Do you only support one AI platform?
No. ITECS is vendor-neutral across Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and other enterprise platforms, then recommends what fits the business, data, and governance requirements.
What happens after our first agent works?
An agent graduates from a desktop or workspace build to an engineered production build when it needs server-side deployment, unattended scheduling, multi-user access, audit trails, or an SLA. Discovery is then quoted and fees already paid credit toward it. Ongoing operation moves to Agent Operations.
Do existing ITECS managed IT clients receive AI discounts?
MSP Pro receives 10% off eligible Tier 1 and Tier 2 hourly work and eligible one-time training, guided or local build, and governance packages, but not custom production-agent build phases. MSP Elite receives 15% on those eligible categories and custom production-agent build phases. Tier 3 is never discounted, recurring MIS fees receive no percentage discount, AI Retainers are net-priced, and Session Banks do take the applicable loyalty discount.
What if our data isn't ready?
Use the $3,500–$8,500 Data Readiness Sprint for source inventory, permissions, structure, metadata, naming hygiene, and ingestion preparation. Every build proposal either includes a data-readiness line item or confirms in writing that sources were verified build-ready during discovery.
What happens if the employee who built our agent leaves?
ITECS archives every guided or delivered agent in the client vault. The archived workspace configuration, skills, prompt libraries, source maps, and usage documentation let ITECS re-wire it for a successor in typically 1–2 guided sessions rather than rebuilding it.
Do you guarantee the AI's output?
No. AI output is probabilistic and must be reviewed by the client before business decisions. ITECS designs delivered agents for human review and provides a 30-day defect warranty against the written specification, with a 10-business-day acceptance period. The warranty does not guarantee AI-generated analysis.
Can you support regulated or CUI environments?
Yes, through custom strategist-led scoping on compliance-eligible platforms. Standard packages and commercial AI platforms do not apply to CMMC/CUI, HIPAA, or similar regulated requirements; commercial AI platforms are generally ineligible for CUI.
